Unused goods
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Masters Golf, you may return unused goods with complete packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that show evidence of having been used. We cannot accept returns for second hand items.

If you encounter a problem with the trolley within the first 12 months, please call us direct on 01934 523933.
The standard Masters Golf warranty covers purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland and use of the trolley, battery and charger in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. If you encounter a problem with your trolley, battery or charger within the first 12 months, please call us direct on 01934 523900 to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that may occur during normal use. Any breakages caused by accidental damage are not covered.
Warranty
EVO Care – 12 months
Your Masters EVO RS electric trolley, battery and charger are covered by EVO Care – 12 months Standard warranty from the date of purchase (this does not include transport to and from the ‘fix-station’).
Manufacturing defaults that occur during normal use are covered by the warranty. Accidental damage as a result of misuse or abuse or commercial use is not covered. With the standard warrant you pay for collection and return or drop your trolley to our ‘fix-station’ in Weston-Super-Mare. We can arrange for collection, the pick-up fee is £10, this covers pick-up and return to your home or office.
EVO Care – 12 months Platinum
Unlimited FREE pick-up service from your house or office to ‘fix station’, your trolley will be repaired, cleaned and returned to you within 5 working days.
This service also includes a FREE annual service (Service must be taken between months 11 & 12 from date of purchase – call to book your service) (only available for trolleys bought before Dec 2009)
EVO Care – 24 months Platinum (only available for trolleys bought before Dec 2009)
24 months warranty on your electric trolley frame only. 12 months warranty with the charger or battery. Unlimited FREE pick-up service from your house or office to ‘fix station’, your trolley will be repaired, cleaned and returned to you within 5 working days.
This service also includes a FREE annual service (Service must be taken between months 11 & 12 from date of purchase – call to book your service) (only available for trolleys bought before Dec 2009)
If we diagnose that your trolley has a fault we will repair and return* the product to you all cleaned and working again.
* EVO Care Standard Customers must pay for collection costs.
Please retain all original packaging as this will be required if a fault occurs
If the fault is not covered by these warranty conditions, you will be liable for the courier and admin charges of £10 plus the costs of parts and labour. A repairs will normally be carried out but in the unlikely event that the trolley, battery or charger cannot be fixed, a replacement will be offered. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase.
The warranties contained with Masters Golf products are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
